1- Study Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities for architectural & civil works and other documents for the bidding (condition of contract)
2- Preparation of quotations requests to send to various suppliers.
3- Preparation of clarifications for the bidding, Pricing the BOQ Item of architectural and civil work for the bid submission,
4- Checking quantities for Architectural & Civil works,
5- Vendor analysis for supplier quotations,
6- set reports for the Estimated Projects
7- Prepare the BOQs as per received drawings in all stages (i.e, concept DWG, design development DWG, IFC DWG,).
8- Modifying the BOQ as per received modified drawings with new pricing as per Subcontractor prices.
9- Audit & revise the quantity & pricing for all quotations, subcontracts, invoices.
10- collecting purchase requests from various departments within the company to get price quotes from suppliers.
11- Coordinate between suppliers & procurement department to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries.
12- Studying contract documents for a full knowledge of project materials and specifications.
13- Review the contracts for sub-contract items within project budget prepared by procurement and commercial departments
المهارات
• 8 – 10 years of experiences
• Must have an Architectural Degree
• A civil bachelor degree is not accepted and will be rejected even with experience in the same field
• No Nationality restrictions
• Must live in K.S.A
• Transferable Agama is a Must
• The nearest joining date is a privilege
