*Assist Finance in the development of the department’s annual business plan, KPIs, budget and policies and procedures
*Develop and maintains investor relations plan
*Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy
*Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function
*Propose optimal type and mix of shareholders
*Provide Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons
*Create presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors
*Oversee the production of all annual reports, CMA filings and proxy statements
*Provide input for the investor relations portion of the company web site
*Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management
*Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community
*Establish and maintain relationships with stock exchange (Tadawul) representatives
*Organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and investor meetings (when required)
*Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of how the company is being managed, their view of its financial results and the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes (if any)
المهارات
Education:
*Bachelors degree in accounting, or finance, or management from a top-rated university
*Professional financial qualification e.g. CFA is preferred
Experience:
*10+ years of accounting/finance experience, or 5+ years experience in managing an investor relations department
Competencies:
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Strong communication skills
*Strong relationship-building skills in the investment community
*Ability to collaborate with the executive team
*Flexibility in travelling frequently
*Organizational and time management skills
*Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
