• Project Manager for large & complex, and challenging enterprise application implementation projects across various industries.
• Manage full project life-cycle from project initiation through project execution and until final closure of the project
• Assume full responsibility of the project budget and resource control
• Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships within the project team as well as the key stake-holders from the client organization
• Pro-actively manage project risks by their constant identification, reporting, and preparation / execution of risk mitigation plans
• Prepare all the project management documentation
• Continuously monitor the project performance and report accurate project completion figures to the management
• Prepare professional and accurate project status reports at frequent intervals and report to the management
• Build and motivate the project team. Successfully manage all the project communications and inter-personal conflicts
• Ensure successfully delivery of the project and achievement of project objectives within planned time / budget / and quality.
المهارات
Qualifications
• Successful track record as a Project Manager for enterprise ERP/ CRM / Platform application implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• 3+ full-cycle implementation projects as a PM
• Must possess sound understanding with practical use of the methods and processes of the implementation methodology
• PMP (or equivalent) certified.
• Excellent understanding and practical use of formal and structured Project Management Methodologies, PM Best Practices, PM Techniques and Tools.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow is a great plus.
• Ability to define, agree and independently execute the Project Scope in accordance with planned Time, Cost and Quality objectives.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and ability to manage and lead in a multicultural team environment.
• Must possess effective Leadership and People Management Skills
Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• MBA would be an added advantage
