Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, or in another discipline of engineering.
You will have a minimum of 10 years of JV management experience. Preferably, at least 5 years of this experience will be in the oil and gas value chain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform and demonstrate the following:
Oversee and coordinate board and governance matters, including the preparation of agenda, and the review and analysis of board materials, briefings, recommendations, and actions for resolutions.
Act as primary contact point between the JV companies and all Saudi Aramco organizations, and ensure effective communication protocol between stakeholders.
Monitor and provide guidance on JV business, including corporate governance, commercial terms, and various contractual and JV agreements, in collaboration with other teams: Finance, HR, Technical Performance, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Organize and coordinate workshops related to JV operations, including technical performance, HSE matters, and commercial and legal matters between stakeholders.
Monitor and provide support services on JV capital projects and coordinate required approvals in accordance with the shareholders’ policies and guidelines.
