الوصف الوظيفي To spearhead the development and implementation of policies and programs pertaining to Onboarding, Performance Management and Training & Development To administer employee classification programs, including Job grading and Job evaluation programs, in line with market and industry trends To develop a progressive compensation and benefits program to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance To assess and manage organization development interventions, ensuring continued efficiency and effectiveness, including implementation of plans to direct and implement change To serve as the custodian of the organization’s culture and value systems and its translation across the organization To resolve employee relations and staffing issues by monitoring disputes and administering disciplinary procedures To develop and direct the implementation of HR-related administration policies and procedures, in line with corporate guidelines To oversee day to day related office administration including vendor management, bill settlements, and implementation of service contracts To oversee facility maintenance, and manage support services ie. Housekeeping and Security staff To plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff related to employment, training, payroll, and employee relations To perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective management of the company Accomplishment of agreed targets within the overall workforce plans and budgets Effective deployment & administration of Human Resources Programs, Policies and Procedures.
