Logistics experience specialist is aiming to improve the experience of delivery in the perspective of Consumers; In order to achieve the true demand from Consumers, the specialist must be allied with each team or unit to find out the root cause of any kinds of issues from Consumers and take immediate actions to solve them such as complaints, frequent inquiries.
Forward complaints report to LSP and follow up with action plans by LSP to reach the results we hope to accomplish;
Do the research about consumers’ habits for delivery issues related, compare to Jollychic provided service and come up with improvement plan for it along with result to be shown;
Establish the standard operation procedure for each LSP on the customer service perspective in order to improve efficiency of solving problems and result is satisfying;
Enhance the successful deliveries by giving training in order to call customers and reach a best result when facing different kinds of delivery exceptions.
المهارات
2-years experience of consumer service in E-commerce business filed especially Logistics service;
Excellent sense of responsibility, communication skills, team work spirit and stress tolerance.
Be excellent with Micros office, able to establish different kinds of report;
Good English skills, free talking smoothly
Be able to come up with customer experience to improve.
