الوصف الوظيفي Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department. Enter and Maintain employee records and file into the server database and on employees file hard copy. Track and update employees data, balances, like leave and tickets balances, and overtime. Assist HR department with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews. Support the development and implementation of HR policy. Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations, like requesting health insurance cards and employee training sessions, requesting annual tickets. Prepare and submit paper payroll checks for employees. Familiarize yourself and keep current with salaries, benefits, and other factors. Assist and process and monitor payroll monthly variation. Maintain and document all payroll records. Conduct monthly HR Report. Monthly settle general book with regard to payroll transactions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or other HR concerns. Complete all HR reporting documents and submit them for senior management approval. Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including and other related HR concerns. Verify all overtime hours with the appropriate management personnel prior to issuing payroll checks Obtain and verify direct deposit banking information from employees Maintain general ledger with regard to payroll transactions Provide documents as requested from HR Manager. Manage the arrangement of files and documentation of all employees in the company. These records are important documents, such as personnel transactions and insurance coverage Receive HR applications, like annual leave request and leave flight request. المهارات Knowledge of HR Functions (Payroll & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, etc.…) Understanding of KSA Labor law and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability Strong communication and customer service skills Solid understanding of MS Office Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred Familiar with applicant tracking database systems an asset BSc/ BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
