- Prepare the annual plan and budget for the section.
- Liaise with external HR Team to gauge capability for HR interventions and make recommendations to management.
- Analyse the Positions salary in the market annually to come up with new recommendations to top management.
- Consults and coaches departments to ensure that they align with Flynas policies and ensure legal compliance
- Manage and implement the Performance Development System,
- Review the iPP & iDP’s for all departments to ensure alignment with Flynas strategic goals and objectives.
- Review the final Performance Management’s evaluations, ensure ratings are fair, consistent and aligned with company policies,
- Manage the calibration process to ensure conformity with PDS guidelines.
- Design and develop systems and mechanisms to build people capability to meet company objectives
- Develop and implement career development program for Flynas ’s Departments
- Identify and implement promotion policies and identify staff for promotions.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for all phases of talent management such as succession plans, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc.
- Design and implement Talent/Career Development Plans for High Potential Performers identified through PDS reviews.
- Liaise with IT Department for customisations of the ERP system to conform to Flynas policies.
- Ensure activation and effective utilisation of Oracle modules for PDS, Talent Management, Succession Planning
*Knowledge and Experience:
· 4-6 years related experience
· Knowledge of PM/ Talent Management
*Education and Certifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources is Preferable
· CIPD/ SHRM-CP/ PHRi
