Associate Director - Interiors - Hospitality
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
• Lead project teams to develop design concepts for projects.
• Efficiently lead the design process, project presentation and guide the support team to ensure the project outcome meets the design excellence requirements.
• Fully develop interior design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for authority submissions, tender and construction.
• Plan project and subordinate designer work flows.
• Assist with resourcing requirements and planning for studio projects.
• Clarify scope of work and prepare return brief for review.
• Review cost control for interior design projects.
• Mentor, train, supervise and manage senior and junior designers to produce good design and standard detailing.
• Ensure senior and junior designers adhere to the policy.
• Assist in marketing, business development and general representation of the company.
• Liaise with Design Director with regards to the projects, management and performance of the studio.
المهارات
Job Requirements:
• Degree/qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
• 10 to 15 years of experience in interiors/hospitality projects
• Creative design talent and commitment to the development of a strong design culture
• Strong skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments
• Ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained timescales and resources in the light of competing pressures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
• Multiple sectors experience is also considered
