الوصف الوظيفي
The FM Analyst will primarily be responsible for verification that all supporting and documentation
required to pay the invoices are valid, correct, and supporting the requested payment including
adjustments, penalties. The Accounting prepares all Purchase Orders (PO), processes the Invoices for
the FM internal procurement through the FM Contractor, and validates the spent proposals and costs
against main FM Contract.

Balances PO’s/Contract amounts to all records and corrects discrepancies.
Reviews and analyzes invoices related to contractor payments and prepares periodic reports and
on demand
Writes progress notes and brief explanations relative to documents being processed, and records
actions taken
Reviews documents for proper signature authorization, corrects account classification, and
completes simple and complex accounting analyses of various documents
Prepares routine periodic summaries, statements, and reports based on information taken directly
from the accounts and records that often require checking additional sources or records in other
units to obtain the required data
Prepares worksheet to correct errors reported by various types
Provides the required accounting follow-up and documentation support to the FM team
Monitors all payments for all Lease operations
Follows up on all FM procurement progress and delivery status
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as needed by the department or requested by
FM management
Competencies
Knowledge about professional accounting theories and practices
Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills,
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
Three-year professional work experience as an accountant for a mid-sized organization
Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written)
Understanding of the Arabic language is an advantage
