We are looking for a qualified Business Consultant to help our clients reform their operations and support their business by providing intuitive guidance. You will be an important ally to every organization who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how. You will also undertake projects on behalf of the client’s business when it lacks resources or motive to perform them in-house.
المهارات
· Excellent experience in PMO establishment Methodologies.
· Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
· Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
· Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
· Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
· Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; EPM
· Experience writing RFPs and negotiating vendor contracts
