Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the world’s leading luxury retail group seeking for a Retail Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh. We are ideally looking for someone who has strong experience in Boutique management and operations, with significant business development acumen.
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage overall boutique operations, finance and budgets
- Ensure the achievement of store KPIs and financial objectives
- Prepare regular sales dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for business improvement
- Ensure that brand message is projected across all managed boutiques through strategic initiatives
- Source and recommend suppliers in support of boutiques’ operational efficiency
- Recruit, manage, and train staff
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 5 years’ experience in Retail/Boutique management
- Significant work experience on similar role in the Luxury sector, preferably handling Jewellery
- Outstanding communication, presentation, analytic and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Familiarity with computer software, digital and social media technologies
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Saudi national
