PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage HORECA sales and distributions as per the following tasks:-
Business developmen
Get customer insight and identify opportunities for business development.
Determine the potential / understand the needs of clients.
Pioneer new customers to increase Sales and Market share of Al Rabie products, in coordination with HORECA team (Sales & Distribution) in the following segments of HORECA,
a. Catering companies.
b. Hospitals
c. Universities
d. Schools
e. Hotels
f. Restaurants / Cafeterias etc.
Gather information about new clients every time visit a new client,
a) Complete name of the organization / company.
b) Nature of business - Hotel / Catering co. / hospital.
c) Monthly consumption ( cases)
d) In case of catering co – projects handling currently.
e) Brand currently they are using / supplying.
f) Competitor prices ( currently offered by our competitor if possible)
g) Support is being offered by competitors.
Recommend plans to create new clients and prepare action plans for the team directly under control.
Assist the team in negotiations and finalizing the deal.
Prepare quotations in consultation with your line manager.
Submit product samples (in a very professional manner) to new clients and follow up regularly till the deal is finalized.
Propose Credit Facility Agreement to new clients and brief company’s credit policy.
Review the demands (if any) from client and submit proposal and recommendations for management review and approval.
Monitor competitor activities, and report to head office.
Seek assistance / guidance of your line manager / superiors any time it is required.
Others:
Prepare monthly reports including the following,
a. Total customers visited during the month.
b. Number of customers business commenced.
c. Number of customers expected to deal with Al Rabie.
d. Competitor activities (noticed or discussed during the meetings).
e. Area of difficulties.
Provide feedback to your line manager as and when a feedback is required.
Comprehensive visit reports should be prepared when a location / depot visited other than your based / assigned area depot.
- Any other not listed herein, but within the scope of Business development (Horeca).

المهارات
KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1) A strong background with at least 7 years of experience in Foods & Beverage Distribution Companies preferred to be within Saudi market or GCC include at least 3 years in managerial level.
2) Excellent Understanding of diverse Sales and distributions practices including strategy, implementation strategies, agency coordination, budget tracking, direct marketing, digital marketing.
3) Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, ideally with some graduate business qualification.
4) Proven track record of solid achievements at each stage of career progression.
5) Experience of managing and developing multi-cultural staff.
6) Experience of managing and controlling operating budgets.
7) Fluency in Arabic and English.
8) Computer well known specially in MS office.
