The Deputy General Manager will ensure a high level of service to lead a culture of customer and employee satisfaction in their assigned showroom and he does this by providing leadership, direction, and support to employees.
Business Development and Sales Management:
• Prepare sales targets with reference to the prevailing market situations
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Understands the local market to improve showroom sales performance by analyzing market data to identify trends and gaps impacting sales and customer service.
• Provides timely feedback and business outlook to management regarding performance.
• Cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
• Direct and review the pricing and preparation of client proposals/quotes.
• Conduct weekly sales-driven, customer service-focused team meetings.
• Communicates, monitors, and reinforces business goals and sets clear expectations for sales and service, and redirects employee’s when efforts may fall short.
Operations and Showroom Management:
• Maintain and enhance systems to support overall showroom functions – sales tools, displays, etc.
• Handle Key accounts relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures Showrooms appearance, staging, and stock presentation are in grand opening condition on daily basis.
Human Resources Management:
• Analyzes, plans, and recommends sound showroom staffing plans based on actual and forecasted financial performance and makes sound hiring recommendations to Managers and Executives.
• Identify and assess training/developmental needs of employees and implement programs specific to maximize the customer experience and drive sales.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Assist with performance management and performance evaluations by providing guidance and ensuring overall consistency and completion with the process.
Financial Accountability & Reporting
• Striving to maximize profit margin.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates.
• Prepare financial report for effective management that clearly shows operational effectiveness.
• Submit monthly reports, general information, and recommendations to the Superiors

This leadership position demands strong communication and collaborative skills to build and sustain relationships.
• Minimum least 3 years’ successful high-level management experience required preferably with a Modular kitchen company.
• Master’s or any equivalent qualification from a reputed university in Designing/Architecture or Engineering.
• Substantial experience with Showroom/Store budgeting including planning, review and administration.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovative
