Urgent Live Requirement: COBOL Developer
Department: Cards Management Team
Type: 12-month renewable Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
JOB PURPOSE:
Our client, a large international banking institution is urgently seeking an experienced COBOL Developer with 10+ years experience within Card Applications (Debit, prepaid, credit/ charge cards, card personalization) and financial transaction accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Senior technical resource with in-depth knowledge of CMS functionality (Card Management and card lifecycle) and card transaction processing and settlement (Including International ATM / POS transaction processing).
1.System Analysis & Design skills
2.At least 5 years Cobol / CICS / DB2 / IBM ZOS operating system working experience

1.IBM Enterprise Cobol

3.IBM DB2 V10
4.IBM JES jcl language knowledge
5.Web services (SOAP, REST)
6.IBM MQ
7.UNIX fundamentals
8.Code page translations (UTF-8 / UTF-16)
9.IBM ZOS operating system version 2.0 or above
10.ISO 85 and 83 message protocols
11.Change man working knowledge
12.Trance master working knowledge
