Role:
Supports L&D;plans and initiatives; contributes to the implementation and monitoring of all defined learning activities in the workplace with responsibility for designing & development learning contents, identifying learning needs, recommending the appropriate mix and emphasis of skill development activities to improve organization effectiveness and skill development in line with the business requirements.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
*Saudi Nationals Only*
Graduate degree, preferably in HR / Learning.
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Organization learning field (preferably in FMCG).
Good command of English language.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent User of computer programs.
