· Zero Latency’s Sales Executives are the key to its business success. They are a crucial role, designed to ensure Game Slots are full all day, every day.
· They must have an unwavering passion for Sales, seeing every opportunity as a Sales opportunity. Getting their energy from each deal, and having the tenacity to overcome any obstacle that gets in their way to secure the Sale. They recognise that sales is about pushing past every rejected deal until success is achieved.
· They must live and breath customers. Being passionate about providing an awesome experience from the first interaction (potential for a sale) to the post game debrief…. Every customer needs to walk away saying “Damn that was awesome, when can I play again!”
· Researching the target market and finding Customers & Companies to target.
· Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
· Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
· Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
· Working to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Operations Manager.
· Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
· Maintaining (daily) an up to date customer database (Nutshell). .
· Creating invoices as well as following up payments with customers .
· Brainstorming, developing and implementing new products & sales toolkits
· Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
· Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
· Following up on leads generated by other departments.
· Investigating and resolving queries from customers
· Creating, setting up, attending and managing events (indoor and outdoor)
· Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports
· Resolving customer complaints in a way that wins the customer for life.
· Being engaged in customer game time, events and other activities to ensure customers
· You will actively work with the entire ZL team to ensure Customer Experiences are on average 9 or better (NPS Rating)
This role also has an active Operations aspect to it. During the weekend and as the business requires it you will also be involved in the Operations of Zero Latency venues as directed by the Operations Manager.

· Ensure equipment and all aspects of the customers visit exceeds their expectations.
· Sales & Marketing - encourage photographs (get our BRAND in them), videos, sharing of content.
· Sales & Marketing - encourage booking additional slots, food, beverage and merch sales.
· Keep the venue clean, tidy, and comfortable - e.g. Sweep floors, throw out rubbish etc. We all pitch in together!
· Resolve problems when you get them, if you can’t then escalate to the TL / Service Tech.
المهارات
· You must have at least 2 years sales experience
· You must have your own car
· You must have a High School Degree or greater
· You must be proficient at Year 12 Math
· You must be fluent in Arabic and English
· You must be strong in Excel and Powerpoint
