الوصف الوظيفي The position includes the following duties and responsibilities: Ensuring that the Contracts Section provides a continuously improving level of service to all GASCO customers in matters pertaining to the procurement of services through the development and regular reporting of KPI’s. Guaranteeing the fair and equitable treatment of all vendors through robust policies and processes. Safeguarding the financial and operational interests of the Company by managing and controlling the authorization and escalation levels. Managing and overseeing the contract management activity of all contract and services related to procurement activity. Developing and delivering stakeholder management strategy to ensure regular and honest interaction with key customers in order to continually improve performance and customers satisfaction. Ensure that contracting policies, procedures, and authorization levels are adhered to. Oversee the preparing and issuing of solicitations, preparing bids and proposals, preparing or analyzing terms and conditions, or analyzing service requirements and supplier capabilities. Install a clear training and development annual plan for all members of the contracts team in line with the department training and development strategy. Provide guidance to identify savings opportunities across all service categories. Ensure that KPI’s are produced each month in line with department policy. Develop new and innovative ways to maximize the performance of the Contracts Section. Identify future talent and actively support and promote the department succession planning policy. Manage the negotiation of high value and high-risk service awards in line with company policy and department guidelines. Maintain an up to date awareness of the supply market. المهارات Experience of contract management best practice in the industrial sector with demonstrable skills of leadership and teamwork. Key behaviour traits include leadership, team building, attention to detail, problem solving, self reliance, communicative skills, robust character with a flexible attitude.
