Role Description:
The Administrator (Business Services) will work for the Head of Business Services, undertaking a wide range of departmental administrative tasks. The role will include general office tasks, data manipulation, printing, copying and general assistance to managers.
Responsibilities Include:
General administrative tasks around the department such as:
data manipulation
document compilation
support to departmental managers for record keeping, filing, copying etc.
Note taking and distribution of actions for departmental meetings.
Timetabling and booking of meetings.
Co-ordinating inputs to Departmental reports.
Ensuring full audit trail in place to satisfy internal, and external auditor (KBR or Client).
Experience and Skills: Essential:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration roles.
Strong general IT skills, awareness and aptitude (including data manipulation in spreadsheets etc.).
Working knowledge of SharePoint and associated tools.
Organised – ability to plan and prioritise work.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
A team player, able to operate in a multi-national and multi-disciplinary environment.
Desirable:
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, Facilities Management, IT or Delivery Partner industries
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma (with English).
Formal qualifications or training in administration would be an advantage.
Formal qualifications in MS Office suite of tools would be an advantage.
Have, or be able to obtain, necessary security clearance.
