Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision
· Develop the team by removing the need to do the manual tasks - THINK AUTOMATION FIRST!
· Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on Technology Division
· Organize and prioritize workload
· Encouraging junior members of the team to research new technologies
· Encouraging all members of the team to participate in architectural conversations
· Stakeholder Management
المهارات
Industry certifications such as ITILv3 Certification, CCNP R&S;, and CCIE highly preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, communication or related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Manager Role.
