Power Generation Turbine Engineer

Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. A degree or certification in the AI-based tools for pattern recognition application will be highly valued.

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as turbine engineer in utilities or OEM with high knowledge in Operational and Maintenance (O&M;) procedures for different type of turbines.

You should be familiar with generation modeling tools used in the M&D;canters that calculate the power plant performance based on the digital twin of the machine.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be expected to perform the following:

Assess the overall power plant reliability by analyzing the output of M&D;canter relative to power plant reliability and participate in enhancement of the M&D;canter capability by proposing latest monitoring technologies.

Investigate turbine failure through diagnostic analysis of operational data for both steady-state and transient operation, along with physical inspection results of plant components as required.

Develop turbine testing procedures to demonstrate compliance with contractual performance guarantees.
