الوصف الوظيفي
A Project Manager with a minimum proven 15 years of experience, minimum 3 years in KSA. The candidate must be well-versed in methodologies and procedures from initiation till closure, design management, tender/contract awarding, enabling works and construction works. Also, able to lead a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
The ideal candidate should have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The goal will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time according to requirements, specifications, and without exceeding budget.
General Responsibilities Include and Not Limited To:
• Collaborate/Liaison with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, etc. to initiate the project
• Generate contracts
• Manage all stages of Design (Pre-contract)
• Aid in obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Aid in planning all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Supervise personnel and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in mid/high-rise projects
• Experience in design management
• Experience in contract administration and practice
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material/finishes and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good technical construction knowledge
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field, or better
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
