الوصف الوظيفي
Inventory Management:
o Receive materials from suppliers and manage storage in the warehouse. o Supervise the movement of the materials in and out of the warehouse by utilizing labour force. o Issue materials to different team as and when required and requested. o Coordinate with Procurement. o Maintenance and management of the warehouses. o Use the storage space effectively by designating places for different types of items and designing the movement process inside the warehouse for effective transfer. o Coordinate with the suppliers to receive materials.
Reporting:
o Issue documents when materials are received or delivered. o Maintain records of the materials received, materials delivered and materials damaged. o Tracking and counting of the materials in warehouse o Update and maintain inventory levels data and information in SAP ERP system.
المهارات
o Experience in Warehouse Management.
o Experience in Construction Industry.
o 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management.
o Should have a citizenship Saudi Arabia.
o Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic language.
o Proficiency in written and verbal English language is preferred.
o Knowledge of SAP ERP System.
o Knowledge of Construction Sector.
o Knowledge of Construction Sector.
o Attention to detail.
o Flexibility.
o Inventory and Logistics Management.
