الوصف الوظيفي
The required Senior Engineer will be responsible to plan, organize, commence and manage all the activities required to execute a urban integration Project of a special park and underground station above ground area of 165.000 m2., during a short period of time. He will be in charge of works organization with the Line Manager and the Main Subcontractor, being responsible for the construction schedule and cost control of the works. He has to be in close contact with Design and Technical Office Teams to ensure ongoing design works are fully in line with Contractor’s estimated cost and agreed schedule with the Employer. He will be responsible to ensure the works are performed as per the design and Employer’s Requirements, being also in charge of measurements and quantities control during the execution, either for payment to subcontractors or for IPC purposes to the Employer under supervision and direction of Line Manager. His main role is to be the head of the construction team, reporting and supporting to Line Manager in all required actions to guarantee that works are excuted with quality, within the agreed budget and matching the schedule. It is required, as par of a Design & Build Project, to study the ongoing design, to seek for design optimizations, potential savings and construction improvements, it is also required to define the contruction methodologies and to evaluate and define the plant and equipment required to complete the works. During the construction activities he has to be focus on controlling subcontractor’s daily/weekly/monthly performance, available resources and required actions to achieve the targets ( cost and time).
المهارات
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimun required experience 15 years on construction companies. - Construction activities, namely preparation works, utility diversions, earthworks, retaing walls, streetscaping and Landscaping activities.
Fluent in English (C1). Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project
