Job Purpose: Responsible for managing a major higher education projects and other initiatives. Duties include developing, coordinating and managing project activities and timelines, designing and implementing project protocols, templates and procedures; assisting with collection, analysis and display of data in chart, tables or other formats, work with higher education institutions in professional development activities and action training. Key Accountabilities:
Develop, implement and manage project planning process, work plans and activity schedules to meet objectives.
Assist the CEO of the company in developing yearly business plans for each subsidiary.
Assist the CEO of the company in developing business models for the newly established subsidiaries.
Follow up the progress & the achievements of the business plans with subsidiaries.
Prepare practical operations reports, update them & submit them to the CEO accordingly.
Participate in the formulation & implementation of the projects management strategy to ensure the alignment with subsidiaries overall strategy.
Present result of data analyses and provide interpretation of such information at internal and external meetings, conferences and other convening.
Develop and implement data training or other professional development strategies and activities for clients.
Prepare, review and edit project report, training and other relevant documents. Ensure that they are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Collaborate with communications staff to develop communication strategies to report on completion of key project milestones and outcomes to media and other outlets.
Attend operations & business development meetings & ensure accurate recording & follow up the meetings minutes progress, as & when needed.
Represent the company in exhibitions & seminars, as & when needed
Handle the preparation of publication materials, including marketing literature.
Develop strategic marketing plans that are contributed with the sales plans & submit them to the CEO for approval.
Insure executing the approved marketing plans to achieve the company target.
Plan & recommend marketing campaigns & submit the recommendations to the CEO.
Make recommendations on the possible methods to improve the company services & increase the profit.
المهارات
Bachelor degree (English or Education or Business Administration will be an advantage).
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
