· Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
· Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
· Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
· Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
· Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
· Writing technical and management systems reports.
· Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
· Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
· Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
· Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
· Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality and safety methods for staff to apply.
· Defining safety procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
· Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
· Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).
· Identifying relevant quality and safety related training needs and delivering training.
· Develop & implement programs that comply with federal, state and local safety & environmental regulations.
· Identify and measure potential safety hazards in the workplace.
· Analyze risk of fires in buildings.
· Coordinate safety programs.
· Coordinate with outside organizations, such as OSHA or fire departments
· Advise workers on the proper use of safety equipment and clothing.
· Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in Safety/ Quality or related technical degree. · 5 years prior experience in Quality/ EHS department. · Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors. · Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Passion for working in a values based company in alignment with a learning organization. · Knowledge of quality & EHS standards. · Experience in EHS system audits. · Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for consumer. · Willingness to travel when required. · Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development Knowledge of following standard ISO 9001 : 2008 - Quality Management System. ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 – HSE System
