Ø Responsible for supervising the whole parking facility & services
Ø Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours.
Ø Generating & reporting License Plate Inventory report(LPI), Overnight vehicle count, Daily peak vehicle count on daily basis
Ø Handle customer complaints that the Help Desk team is unable to resolve
Ø Organizing, attending and participating in meetings
Ø Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Ø Preparing necessary presentations and other material for meetings
Ø Maintaining accounting tracker and keeping all the details up to date
Ø Ensuring project deadlines are met
Ø Determining project changes
Ø Providing administrative support as needed
Ø Undertaking project management tasks as required
Ø Developing project strategies
Ø Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each deliverable.
Ø Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ø Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Ø Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Ø To make sure the teams attend the EHS trainings and that the certificates are up to date.
Ø Follow for the customer SLAs/KPIs, EHS tasks, etc.
Ø Providing technical support to IT/Technical staff during troubleshooting of problems as required.
Ø Resolving administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
Ø Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations.
Ø Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
Ø Empty PILs/POFs, audit cash, and prepare deposit slips daily.
المهارات
Ø Education: Graduation, Bachelor Degree preferred
Ø A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a telecom organization as Project Coordinator or Team Leader of PARCS project
Ø Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ø Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ø Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Ø Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ø Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ø Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Ø Good English language skills, Good in analytic and investigation technique, excellent team player.
Ø Valid Driver’s license.
Ø CAPM/PMP qualification preferred.
