الوصف الوظيفي
-Supports project coordinator/ Manager and performs Management duties as per requirement.
-Monitor and support helpdesk team with any critical issues of customer assistance
-Revenue Reconciliation & Cash management with reports for each shift
-HO-TO of cash at the end of each shift
-Publish parking capacity/Utilization reports for assigned shift
-Publish LPI reports for the assigned shift
-Answers team member questions, help and assist team members and oversees team member’s work for quality and guideline compliance
-Communicates deadlines with teams and managers / controls teams to achieve target on time
-Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
-Conduct tea meetings it update member on best practices and continuing expectations
-Managers spares inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records for in’s and out’s from the warehouse (report to be shared at end of each shift)
-Manage consume bales inventory and informs management on stock levels on regular basis (report to be shared at end of each shift)
-Encourage team to follow EHS rule
-Assist in new team members hiring & training
المهارات
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PARCS accounting
-Team Leadership, Product knowledge, Industrial experience, strong communication
-Valid driving license of resident country
-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent certificate
As a part of on-boarding program organization will provide following training:
- EHS Awareness
-Health and safety Work Policy
-General Microsoft Software
-Basic First Aid
-Electrical safety
-Defensive Driving
-job specific training
