A global fast-food chain is hiring an Appliance Specialist. Based in Riyadh you will coordinate, plan and assist the Installation & Maintenance Manager in managing all activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services – Commercial Kitchen Equipment section and ensure that the entire activities are in accordance with the organization standards.
Supervise and coordinate the required major and/or minor repair, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery.
Monitor the inventory level of parts.
Inspect and verify the operation and safety of commercial kitchen equipment.
Coordinate and prioritize repair tasks to abide to the approved response time and to reduce downtime.
Monitor work orders and act as per approved response time, repair time, and downtime
Provide repair cost estimates and recommend whether repair or replacement is a better choice.
Refer to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides and communicate it with the Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technicians.
Plan, manage and review individual performance of technicians and provide them with regular feedback, development and training opportunities to help them develop and improve their skills.
Liaison with service providers for replacement parts and managing service calls and cost control at an approved response time and down to time.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3 to 4 years of experience in restaurant equipment technical services installations, testing, troubleshooting
Knowledge of equipment used in the kitchens
