Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, the HR Manager will be responsible for overall point of contact for all human resources functions in Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for enhancing the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Key accountabilities includes providing HR Leadership, facilitating organisational design, managing talent acquisition, on-boarding new employees, facilitating capability development, driving employee engagement, facilitating performance management process, facilitating the reward process, enforcing compliance adherence and overseeing employee services responsibilities. The role will require close interaction with colleagues in Corporate HR, Line Managers, the wider global business as well as our external partners and government authorities. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Provide HR Leadership
Communicate the business unit strategy and translate to action according to set polices
Coach management on HR processes and best practice
Drive the implementation of People Standards at Business Unite job descriptions and update job descriptions
Facilitate Organisational Design
Perform frontline workforce demand and budget forecasting and report to corporate HR
Develop and update job descriptions and update job descriptions
Facilitate the up to date grading of all roles
Manage Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Implement the localised Group Recruitment and Talent Acquisition policies
Conduct competency-based interviews with line management
Build a professional candidate experience
Manage hiring process in liaison with Talent Acquisition Manager
Conduct previous employment referrals
Coordinate efforts with recruitment service agencies
Prepare and extend offers
Keep line management updated on progress of every vacancy
Facilitate screening and screening, selection and offer for frontline and individual contributor recruitment
On-board new employees
Implement the localised group policy on onboarding
Coordinate the on-boarding process
Facilitate the Welcome Programme
Quality control the Functional Induction as per the inputs provided by line manager
Conduct probation review of new employees in line with the employment contract terms
Facilitate Capability Development
Implement the local group policy on Training, Learning and Development
Asses and identify the learning needs as per the guidelines from Group HR
Create and publish annual Training Plan for technical (hard) and behavioural (soft) training
Participate in HR Capability building programme
Source, coordinate and measure suitable training solutions
Monitor and control the training budget specific
Arrange and oversee and assist in the execution of on-site training
Drive Employee Engagement
Implement the localised group policy on employee engagement
Participate in region specific wellness initiatives group specific employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate group specific engagement surveys
Communicate results to Management and employees
Create and implement specific action plan implement
Implement approved recognition and wellbeing programmes
Ensure a safe and engaging work environment and culture
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain harmonious workplace
Handle employee fatality and bereavement matters
Facilitate Performance Management processes
Implement the localised group policy on performance management
Monitor performance management cycle adherence
Facilitate the performance management training to employees
Train line managers on how to provide employees with robust feedback on how to improve performance
Facilitate the annual talent review for all identified employees
Implement the decisions related to consequence management (low and high performers)
Manage the discipline and grievance process
Document the required details, anomalies and cycle updates and report to stakeholders
Facilitate Reward Process
Implement the localised group policy on Rewards
Educate line management on the reward policy
Coordinate inputs for the annual remuneration review
Analyse, provide insight and recommendations considering regional factors
Facilitate internal promotion processes
Compliance adherence
Localise the group HR policies in accordance with local legislation
Educate line management on the group policies
Communicate all key messages to all levels of employees
Quality control all documents related to HR
Provide inputs for internal and external audits, submit all requirements
Implement corrective actions on all audit findings
Manage the Employee Service responsibilities
Monitor and control HR related expenditures against approved budget
Administer benefits programmes such as Insurance, pension plans, leave benefits and employee assistance as per the local legislation
Manage the HR transactions and processes, employee services, grievance, resignation and ensures delivery of service in a timely manner
Provide first line advice on policy and procedures to employees and managers
Reporting and administration
Complete monthly HR reports
Oversee the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organisation
People Management
Build the HR team, optimising talents and growing individuals
Manage the performance of the team
Develop and maintain teamwork among all HR teams promoting the sharing of ideas and best practice
المهارات
Essentials:
Bachelor’s degree
Track record of success in a HR management role in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Labour legislation
Comprehension in HR tactics, tools, policies and procedures
Fluent in English and Arabic
Desirable:
Educational or professional HR qualification
