Key Responsibility:
Identify, design & negotiate new business opportunities.
Work with existing and targeted clients to build a business plans and services portfolio combining Elm offerings capabilities.
Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with team, clients, partners, and other organizations to help achieve the strategy objectives.
Direct and oversee business development efforts.
Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the projects and programs.
Drive business growth.
Build an effective team by providing guidance and coaching.

المهارات
Required Experience & Qualifications:
7+ years combined experience in management consultation, project management and business development.
International Management Consulting Experience.
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ MIS/ Industrial Engineering.
