The role holder s responsible for the extraction and investment of intellectual capital of the Consulting to reaching decisions that are efficient, effective and innovative and facilitate the exchange and sharing of knowledge among all staff in the Consulting and creating an environment that encourages and supports the culture of learning and continuous self-development, according to the policies and procedure followed within ELM. Designing & Planning:
Design research plans to fulfill the needs of specific research projects.
Implement research plans to find and collect data this may include studying reports, using online sources, taking phone surveys, and using a variety of other data-collection methods. Write research reports highlighting and summarizing essential information found through their data analysis.
Interpret and analyze research data, mining it for relevant information.
Knowledge Management:
Measuring the maturity level of the knowledge management implementation and research capabilities of consulting periodically.
Inventory, categorize and catalog internal and external sources of knowledge.
Documenting and updating knowledge in knowledge maps.
Utilizing technical means to store knowledge.
Preparation of knowledge sharing and transfer plans.
Conduct specialized and targeted research on behalf of a client and produce a final analysis of key findings.
Preparing operational plans in the field of knowledge management.
المهارات
Academic & Professional Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or any related field.
Years & Nature Of Experience:
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a related Industry.
International Management Consulting Experience.
