· A well rounded indepth knowledge on CRM Processes across Marketing, Sales and Service
· Experience in Digital Marketing / Online Portals and Core Insurance Platforms will be a plus
· Conversant with CRM Industry trends, best practices and overview of regulatory/compliance issues across the Globe, specifically in Saudi / GCC Market
· A strong understanding and background in IT services, best practice implementations in CRM
· Business Consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Earnest & Young, Deloitte, Accenture, Monitor, Mercer, IBM GS/PWC, AT Kearny, CGEY, KPMG, etc.) is a strong plus.
· Extensive working Knowledge on CRM Platforms such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, IBM and similar particularly in implementing GCC Markets
· As a leader in CRM industry practice, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in the CRM domain – specifically in GCC/Saudi Region and will be able to advise senior level executives in Sales & Marketing and IT about the best practices and implementation
· Should be able to analyse, foresee and visualize CRM integration with other Insurance enterprise systems such as Core Insurance Platform, Online Portals, ODS, EDW, Finance & Accounting, Compliance etc.
· Should be able to drive the business requirements across CRM areas (Marketing, Sales and Service), conducting meetings, discussions, workshops with Business, Vendors and IT stakeholders
· Should be able to prioritize CRM capabilities, convert capabilities into Business requirements considering integration needs and able to prioritize the Business Implementation plan for various Business Units
· Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential.
· Strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader
· The candidate must be able to create a structured team-based approach to problem solving, and must be able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
· Candidate must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential.
· Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions for Insurers across the Globe, specifically in Saudi / GCC Region
Should be willing to work out of Riyadh for a long term
