· Participates with the top executive management in formulating the overall company strategy.
· Develops marketing & communications’ strategies for the company, and ensure strategic implementation of tactical communication plans that are design to capitalize on market opportunities.
· Develops and implements brand strategy, in addition to creating and integrated marketing channels that forms brand awareness and reputation.
· Develops the marketing strategy for new and existing products, and support the sales function in the assigned region through implementing company goals and integrating the sales plan with the marketing plan.
· Ensures collaboration with the branch managers and other concerned entities in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company in the assigned region as well as participating in the development of sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines in the assigned region.
· Directs the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and Public Relations.
· Develops key corporate communication channels, such as publications and the company intranet and website pages, ensuring information is relevant, updated and accurately reflects business aims.
· Directs the analysis of market research, whether conducted internally or acquired from third parties, and recommends corrective action to the CEO.
· Works closely with the company’s sales team; enables them to meet their commercial objectives by provides them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
· Guides the day to day activities of the marketing team.
· Ensures that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
· Monitors social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
· Ensures customer experience is maintained through implementing identity and branch appearance standards throughout the branches in addition to service quality standards.
· Evaluates market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability, also undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
