One of our clients based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently looking to hire an HR Director with a wealth of experience in HR, looking for their next challenge.

The ideal candidate has to have experience within the utilities sector and has experience working in the UK or US.

The business is currently going through a restructure. In this role you will be focusing on all aspects of the HR function from operational to strategic - developing leadership, recruitment, compensation & benefits, ER, employee engagement, etc.

Your main objectives will be automating processes, transforming culture in the business and bench-marking.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of HR experience, ideally 8+ years in management (Head of or HR Director position)Fluent in EnglishManaged all aspects of the HR functionStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience with transformation and change management
