This role is typically engaged as the highest-level technology expert on a project team. Partners with business analysts, systems analysts and engineers in requirements gathering and reviews. Responsible for analyzing and translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives. Works with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual design for the project. Develops enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms. Proposes changes in process, policy and standards as they relate to the architecture and design principles. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems.
A Solution Architect is responsible to examine that solutions meet their non-functional requirements at scale. A solution Architect must have strong Technical Literacy; Solution architects possess a high level of technical literacy, which helps them determine how a software solution fits into an organization’s current structure and assists in the development of specifications and requirements. A solution Architect examine an application/solution internal components and evaluate its security, availability, scalability, and ability to accommodate rapid growth imposed by Aegean. In addition, a solution architect helps development teams planning for change, refactoring, and their solution’s technology strategy. They must be able to document solutions in standard UML/Archimate in a standard consistent way.
المهارات
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
At least 10 years of experience within Programming and Solution Architecture field. 3 years of Experience as a solution architect is preferred.
Previous banking experience is preferred.
Well spoken and written English Language skills.
