Duties and Responsibilities: Operates and maintains all HVAC equipment including automatic controls as outlined in job summary. Maintains operations and maintenance log sheets and reports in accordance with CQI & PS. Conducts preventive maintenance on all HVAC machineries to the highest standard of quality and safety. Rectifies faults in HVAC equipment in efficient manner. Carries out daily job order requests. Maintains a clean and tidy workplace. Assists the Foreman in the requisition of spare parts and consumables. Carries out other duties relevant to the department as may be required by the Foreman or the Director of Operations & Maintenance.
المهارات
Trade school graduate with certification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or equivalent. Must have complete and thorough knowledge in HVAC controls and systems. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
