الوصف الوظيفي
1. Prepare demand plan based on forecast.
2. Research suppliers that can supply product more cost effective and efficient than existing supplier, obtain quotations and benchmark RFP’s and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
3. Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, contracts, delivery times, and potential future development.
4. Create inbound delivery for each shipment and review the quality of purchased items.
5. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
6. Create PO for Raw Material & Trading Goods.
7. Maintain relevant purchasing data (safety stock, pricing, lot size, etc.) track orders and ensure timely delivery.
8. Plan schedules and monitor the movement of materials through production cycle to determine required materials (Raw & Trading goods)
9. Arrange and split deliveries schedule for material with supplier to effectively manage payable account .
المهارات
- Bachelor in Business or related filed.
- Min 3 years of experience in procurement.
- SAP System.
- Demand Planning and Raw Materials Supply.
- FMCG industry is highly preferrable.
- English Proficiency.
