Accountabilities:
Maintenance of the Quality System implemented at ADSAS MRO’s.
To ensure the quality maintenance activities reach the levels specified by the regulations approved by the competent authorities and when reached by the customers. Should be done within audits of processes, spot checks, physical verifications…
To supervise and monitor the aircraft certifying staff, following the EASA Part-145 standard practices.
Support to the ADSAS Safety Management System, in accordance with the ICAO Annex 19 and Airbus procedures.
Main activities:
Ensure the integrity of the Quality System with regard to official regulations / requirements / authorities / airworthiness standards (Part 145, RSAF, MOI, GACA, etc.).
To support the role of CAME Quality manager.
To support the audits in accordance with the yearly audit Plan established and to manage the related corrective actions.
To support the external audits and to manage the related corrective actions.
To perform physical checks, spot checks… to ensure the compliance with the QMS.
To manage the maintenance normative/regulation
To ensure all the maintenance records are managed in accordance with the procedures
To coordinate with Quality Manager for continuous development of Quality Systems at ADSAS level
To support the control and follow-up of discrepancies and corrective actions of the Maintenance activities
To control the MRO Subcontractors.
To support the aircraft handover during the schedule maintenance
To ensure the staff requirements for Maintenance activities, following the EASA part-145 standard practices.
To support the in-service quality issues (ISQI) to Airbus DS quality department and/or event reports.
FOD policy monitoring and awareness
Support the Health and Safety Airbus DS policies.
Awareness of quality and SMS topics to the MRO staff.
To support the MRO processes and procedures develop and improvement, including the MOE and CAME.
المهارات
Requirements and Qualifications:
Aerospace maintenance degree or Bachelor degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering / aviation services / aviation technology
At least 10 years of experience in quality.
Knowledge of Aircraft regulation, EASA, FAA and GACA.
Knowledge and experience in safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, involving aircraft base and line maintenance activities
Knowledge and application of Aviation standards, rules and regulations, in particular EN9100, EN9110, Part 145 and Part M and an appreciation of Part 21 within relevant maintenance organizations
Experience in auditing and / or the application of Safety Management Systems including investigations and root cause analysis, promoting a positive safety culture
Knowledge of the MS office pack
An advance level of written and spoken English.
