A very well known Rental and Leasing Car Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a “Workshop Regional Manager” with the following Qualifications and Skills: 1. Managing regional workshops operational performance and ensure achieving maximum performance. 2. Managing workshops Assistant Managers to ensure adherence to Company’s policies & procedures and to deliver according to the assigned KPIs. 3. Forecasting regional workshops requirements, controlling and optimizing the expenditures. 4. Monitoring the workload in all workshops in the region to ensure workshops are able to deliver on time. 5. Interacting for issues related to warranty for best solution and company welfare. 6. Monitoring and deciding the required equipment/tools to improve workshops productivities as well as ensuring optimum usage. 7. Securing contracts with equipment maintenance, tools and spare-parts suppliers/companies in coordination with Regional Manager & GM National Sales & Procurements to keep workshop equipment in proper operational state. 8. Ensuring conducting on the job training to all technicians in the region. 9. Communicate with lessee companies to arrange maintenance schedules to meet their business needs. 10. Always in contact with operation/branch managers to realize renting priorities and accordingly scheduling appropriate support to ensure that the business is not interrupted. 11. Conducting weekly meeting with workshop managers to discuss pending and expenses and follow up decided and approved improving suggestions. 12. Following behavior of outsources workshops 13. Keeping track of insurance companies response toward insured cases 14. Keeping all financial issues and stock under control and permanent regulated.
