Moving Operations Coordinator

الوصف الوظيفي
Position Purpose Serve as the single point of coordination for assigned import, export and domestic moves into and out of the local region Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks Train and monitor the performance of new and existing full time and part time staff ensuring adherence to company policies, standards and KPI’s. Ensure adherence through suitable corrective action. Work with the Branch Manager and Supply Chain team to source and manage third party providers in terms of quality and price ensuring adherence to Move One policies, Fidi and Move One standards and KPI’s. Ensure that the service the customer requested is successfully delivered.  Ensure smooth flow of information between surveyors, move coordinators and outsourced crews. Review and monitor insurance claims and address training needs where proven necessary. Make suggestions on process and quality improvements and ensure that said improvements are implemented. Ensure that all goods belonging to the Customer or assets belonging to Move One are tightly controlled in terms of costings, security and Health and Safety.
المهارات
2 years experience of managing packing teams.
Strong English skills (written and verbal) are essential.
Computer literate.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Heightened degree of financial awareness.
Personal experience of international moving preferred.
