Aid business development in terms of design, technical and cost inputs for new projects.
Identify and define risks associated with the new projects at the tendering stage itself.
Prepare a cost breakdown report for appointed MEP Sub Contractors.
Organization of temporary electricity and water connection during mobilization phase.
Monitor output and quality of work done by subcontractors.
المهارات
Good command in English (Verbal & Written).
Experienced in preparing plans, details, specifications & estimated costs of MEP.
Experience in Construction Industry.
