• manage and supervise the overall work of the Accounting & Finance Unit
• Analyzes/evaluates financial plans.
• May interact with the sales organization to drive pricing strategies and programs.
• May interact with external customers on contract negotiation.
• Ensures corporate compliance to government regulations and internal controls.
• Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners.
• Establishes short and long-term plans and strategies for financial analysis.
• Monitor and interpret monthly financial performance.
• Ensure all corporate planning inputs are provided in the form required, to the expected standards and on time.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
• Undertake revenue enhancing and cost saving analysis e.g. pricing, profitability, etc.
• Develops and implements financial policies, systems and procedures.
• Prepares or co-ordinates the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports.
• Sets a clear accounting cycle, controls the budgets of each work-unit and looks at the banking operations from the company side.
• Ensures cash flow needs are adequately provided.
• Enhances the role of finance function towards achieving the company’s mission and strategy.
• Develops and implements internal controls framework and guidelines for the functioning of the Finance department.
• Ensures that all Finance personnel possess the required qualifications and
المهارات
• Bachelor of Finance and accountant
• Multinational environment experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience of working with ERP systems is a must.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in developing, training, coaching, motivating, and lead a team of FAs/SFAs.
• Strong Leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Prepares, justifies, and defends the work-unit budget required to achieve unit objectives; monitors profits and expenses to ensure sound fiscal responsibility.
• Works with peers or other organization members to achieve agreement regarding work achievements or interests associated with them.
• A minimum of Eight years’ experience in industrial sector, Juice factory experience is preferred.
• Effective and efficient operation of the Finance department.
• Producing quality financial and management reports in a timely manner.
• Financial planning and budgeting framework.
• Productivity and job satisfaction of employees in the Finance department
• Good experience and knowledge in LC.
