A Real Estate company is hiring a Region Head for their Riyadh operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing development portfolios. · Forming various partnerships/SPVs with local and international investors/developers. · Responsible for all real estate and development aspects. · Finding investments opportunities for the group · Leading preparation of professional teasers incorporates planning info and HBUs. · Managing 3rd party’s appointing processes (consultants, contractors, & developers). · Validate the 3rd party’s deliverables and examine outcomes. · Forming various partnerships with local and international investors/developers. · Creating favorable partnership/development structures and agreements. · Leading negotiations with consultants, developers/contractors, financial entities. · Financial models refinement, and value engineering (construction/development). · Obtaining all governmental approvals for ongoing/upcoming developments. · Providing finalized brief to PMO to prepare cost estimates & BOQs. · Dealing with all other operational activities.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering
· 5 to 6 years’ experience Real Estate Investment experience
· Must be currently based in Riyadh with an excellent network.
