Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide a PM service by PM who is;
1. Solid experience in the project management & delivery of ICT (Information, Communication Technology) Infrastructure, software & services to new & existing projects.
2. Strong Stakeholder management and engagement to work closely with the leadership team across this ICT Infrastructure, software & services providers.
3. The service needed to have a Project Management experience across the installation & configuration of software solutions with a proof of managing several Professional Services Projects and manage the PMO
4. Performing risk management and governance etc.
5. Efficient tracking of projects, including status, costs, issues and in-depth reporting to the leadership team on the global Project Portfolio.
6. A clear and concise communicator, and confident when engaging with the Senior business managers and executives. Provide regular progress reporting across all projects.
7. Solid Excel skills and experience with MS EPM PMO Tool.
8. Agreeing project objectives, organizing the various professional people working on a project.
9. Carrying out risk assessment, making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
10. Making sure the quality standards are met, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
11. Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing reporting to the senior stakeholders on progress.
12. Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other project managers.
