• 10 Years’ experience, preferred to be with Min 3 Years in Distribution field
• Hands on experience on Renewable Industry
• Capability to collect reports from different engineers in field and monitor their performance and total production of huge/wide manpower work floor.
• Improving all areas of fleet KPI performance through consistent follow-up methods
• Ensuring on-time delivery to clients by monitoring multiple fleet of vehicles using software
• Providing technical assistance to fleet managers and checking company products and vehicles meet business requirements
• Implementing improvements in equipment, trailers, and vehicles to achieve maximum effectiveness in operations to reduce delay
• Supervising and managing the entire shop floor and fleeting operations in absence of fleet manager
• Managing daily logistical operations and fleet of 50+ drivers to meet company/customer requirements
• Checked organization’s comprehensive vehicle maintenance service till the entire vehicle
• Collaborated with different departments to understand material purchase, sourcing contracts, bidding and other deals processes
المهارات
• Transferrable Iqama is Mandatory
• Has good experience in smart metering projects
• worked in electrical distribution and house connection, preferable.
• Working under pressure and managing high number of manpower.
• Ability to supervise staff with proper instructions and execute critical tasks in limited time
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess a high managerial skill.
• Can deal with client and customers and overcome any issue might raise up during the work
• Understand the work needs and build up the project work plan and associated material and manpower.
