Job Overview
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
A shining example of well behavior and high performance
Additional store manager duties as needed.
Key Skills
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Good knowledge of computer software and hardware
Analytical skills and decisions making abilities
Essential Requirements
At least 4+ years experience in a Management position within a Restaurants
Knowledge of coffee/ barista skills preferred
Strong experience in business strategy, sales goals, motivating and training staff, Reporting and analysis
South African males based in GCC/ South Africa now – ideally in Saudi now
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
As a guide between 15 – 25k SAR per month total salary package
