Job Description and Requirements Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. May establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Supervises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Supervises the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Minimum Requirements Minimum 17 years’ professional experience on large scale projects, including having previously worked as a Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Dual language speaker is advantageous (English and Arabic). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university.
