Job Description and Requirements Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual’s direction on a day-to-day Responsible for managing the construction engineering functions on a project to ensure adherence to all engineering construction plans and specifications. Works as an integral part of the site construction team at the project as delineated by the applicable company project execution plans and procedures.
