PRIORITY FOR SAUDI NATIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING FIELD
Brief Role: Responsible to supervise all the activities in the warehouses and insure that its performed in a safety manors and according to the company policies and procedures, and the primary leader for shipping employees, ensuring that finished goods are retrieved from production, stored, and loaded for outbound shipments.
Responsibilities:
1- Oversee General Shipping Activities.
2- Manage Shipping Orders and Invoices.
3- Inspect Loading Operations.
4- Supervise Shipping Staff.
5- Ensure all shipping documents are created and maintained accurately.
6- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
7- Order new supplies in a timely manner.
8- Optimize employee workflow.
9- Supervise and check the full implementation for the required documents and transactions.
10- Insure the proper safety regulations are fully implemented by the warehouse team.
11- Monitor the warehouse department goals and objectives and performance, and Report the KPI activates to warehouse manager to develop and monitor the performance.
12- Insure of the proper house keeping and the safety arrangement for the materials.
13- Insure that the warehouse team are following the company policies and procedures. related to receive and store and issue the goods and materials.
14- Supervise the stock movement and coordinate with the related department for the best stock efficiency usage.
15- Monitor the daily requirements from the department and insure that the warehouse team are providing the required materials in the required time.
16- Supervise the waarehouse section head performance to satisfy the company departments needs and requirements.
17- Any other job assigned by the line manager.
